Material to be supplied for CD pressing:
- A closed, single session CD-R.
- Any pressed CD resulting coming from subsequent production is suitable as a master for a re-pressing.
Please note when burning your Master:
- Please do not burn using the software Direct CD, as the format generated is not compatible with our industrial equipment.
- In order to guarantee the quality of your production master, we advise you to burn your audio master at 2x and your CD-ROM master at 16x.
- Please do not supply us with a CD-RW; this media format is not compatible with our glass mastering equipment.
Material to be supplied for DVD pressing:
- - A single or double layer DVD-R, recorded in a single session which has been closed.
Please note when burning your Master:
In order to guarantee the quality of your production master, we advise you to burn your master at 8x.
Format of the graphics files to be supplied:
we accept graphics files in the following formats:
- Quark XPress up to version 7 (file type: .qxd - .qxp)
- Illustrator up to version CS 4 (file type: .ai - .eps)
- Photoshop up to version CS 4 (file type: .psd - .eps - .tif)
- InDesign up to version CS 4 (file type: .indd)

Authorization to press
For the execution of any order containing audio recordings, you are obliged to make a prior request for authorization to SUISA (Swiss company for the copyright of musical works). This authorization must be supplied to us by you, for us to be able to start pressing your CD/DVDs
We point out that when pressing a CD/DVD including the use of a software license it is your responsibility to obtain suitable authorization from the software publisher.
Important
When pressing your product, a unique (IFPI number) will be burnt on to each disc to identify its origin, i.e. the factory in which it was pressed as well as the person/company ordering its production.
